Thank you for shopping with Qkatika. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience to ensure that your jewellery reaches you safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully, as it applies to all purchases made through our official website, qkatika.com.
1. Shipping for Prepaid Orders
- Order Value up to ₹1,000/-
A nominal ₹50/- shipping and packaging fee will be charged. - Order Value above ₹1,000/-
We provide Free Shipping across India for all prepaid orders above ₹1,000/-.
2. Shipping for COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
- Order Value up to ₹500/-
Cash on Delivery is not available for orders below ₹500/-. - Order Value between ₹500/- to ₹1,000/-
A ₹100/- shipping fee will be charged, along with COD handling charges (as per courier partner). - Order Value above ₹1,000/-
A ₹50/- shipping fee will be charged, along with COD handling charges (as per courier partner).
👉 COD charges are non-refundable, even in cases of order cancellations or returns.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch
- All orders are processed on a First-Come, First-Serve basis.
- Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving payment/confirmation.
- Our working days are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
- In case of an incomplete address or incorrect contact details, our team may contact you for verification. Delays caused due to such discrepancies are the responsibility of the buyer.
- We ship using the best available courier partners based on your pincode and location.
4. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- For most serviceable pincodes, delivery takes place within 3–7 working days from dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on factors such as:
- Remote or difficult-to-reach locations
- Weather conditions
- Political strikes or bandh
- Natural disasters
- Logistics partner delays
- Stock availability issues
- Other unforeseen operational challenges
⚠️ While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timelines, Qkatika is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or external factors beyond our control.
5. Shipment Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a unique tracking ID via SMS/Email.
- You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s official website or tracking link.
- Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
6. About Invoice & GST
6.1 GST Invoice for B2C Orders
- All online orders through qkatika.com are treated as B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sales.
- For B2C purchases, individual GST invoices are not issued.
- No cancellations or refunds will be entertained for prepaid orders on the grounds of GST invoice requests.
6.2 B2B Purchase Criteria
If you are a reseller or making a business purchase, you may be eligible for GST Input Tax Credit (ITC) under the following conditions:
- Minimum order value for B2B purchases must be ₹10,000/- or above in a single order.
- Orders below ₹10,000/- will be treated strictly as B2C.
6.3 GST Invoice for B2B Orders
To claim GST ITC, you must:
- Provide your GST Number and Registered Business Name while placing the order (add it in the order notes).
- If you forgot to mention it, you must email us before dispatch at support@soni.fashion with the following details:
- Order ID
- Registered Mobile Number
- GST Number
- Registered Business Name
⚠️ Important Notes:
- Requests for GST invoices after dispatch/delivery will not be entertained.
- GST claims cannot be processed for previous months once we have already submitted our GST filings.
- Any post-purchase request for GST credit outside the specified timeline will be ineligible.
7. Shipping Restrictions & Liabilities
- Incorrect Address: Qkatika will not be responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Courier Delays: Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays caused by third-party courier partners are beyond our control.
- Multiple Shipments: In case of multiple items ordered, shipments may be split based on availability.
- Remote Locations: Some remote pincodes may not be serviceable. In such cases, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements.
8. Delivery Confirmation & Non-Receipt of Package
- If a package is marked as Delivered by the courier but you have not received it, you must notify us within 12 hours of the delivery status update.
- You will need to share:
- Delivery SMS/Email screenshot
- Order ID
- Registered Mobile Number
- Claims made after 12 hours will not be accepted.
9. Additional Notes
- Shipping charges (including COD charges) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Any claims related to wrong or damaged items must follow our Return/Replacement Policy.
- We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
